Karen has been involved in the Loss Control industry since 2002 providing loss control surveys for insurance companies and brokers for all types of industries. Karen’s past experience with IAO, RMS and Affirm have provided her with the training and experience needed to assist clients in managing their risks. Her attention to detail has afforded her the confidence with her clients to provide value added solutions to their risk management programs.
Karen has completed a full suite of industry-related courses including basic fire protection, special hazard processes, liability loss prevention and sprinkler systems analysis.

Ashton is no stranger to the Risk Management/Loss Control industry being a third-generation member of the Taylor family with roots back to his Grandfather's extensive experience with the Insurer's Advisory Organization.
Ashton is aggressively working on his training journey having completed many industry-related courses from fire protection, special hazard processes, & liability loss prevention. He has completed the training and is now a Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CCPI), and presently working towards his Level 1, Thermography Certification. In addition, he continues to job shadow on inspections, learning the loss control requirements for all risks as well as the details required for complex, highly protected risk inspections.
Ashton has an extensive background in high-performance sports that has taught him discipline, commitment, and perseverance. This experience has allowed him to understand the value of setting goals and then working hard towards accomplishing these goals.
